W202: Women's Meet Director Exam

Course Description

  • Once registration is complete, users will have 30 days to complete the course.
  • The W202 Meet Director Exam in intended to certify professional members in order to act as a meet director for sanctioned USA Gymnastics Women's Artistic competitions
  • The focus of this test is to bring conformity and consistency to the application of the rules and policies in the competition arena throughout the United States.
  • W202 will cover information contained within the current Women's Program Rules and Policies.
  • Individuals can reference the current rules and policies in an open book test.
  • Individuals will take a 50 question test with one testing opportunity to pass at a minimum of 80% accuracy. Separate registration and payment is required for additional testing opportunities.
  • Meet Director Certification does not expire.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old

Professional Members hosting a competition are provided free of charge the "Meet Sanction Toolkit" which includes resources for hosting a successful competition, including recorded introductions, printable signage and more.

USA Gymnastics University

W202 is a required course for professional members acting as a Meet Director in Women's Program sanctioned competitions.

Upon completion of the course, members can print out a certificate of course completion on their USA Gymnastics "My Profile" page. To print course certificates, individuals must have an active USA Gymnastics membership (Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach, Judge, Owner/Managing Director, or Athlete).
