Opening Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies is an evening of celebration and fun for coaches, athletes, and their families. We will begin the evening with a Grand March-In by athletes, motivational messages from dignitaries and conclude with a concert by our special guest Lanie Gardner.
Details:
Athletes are asked to arrive at 6:45 to assemble in the competition gym for the Grand March-In.
Doors will open for seating for families, coaches and judges at 6:45
Athletes attire will be casual, with closed toe shoes and wearing their team Warm up Jackets
Athletes and coaches attend free with their Credential

NCAA Release Of Information
Parents who wish to allow USA Gymnastics to share basic contact information with NCAA men's programs must submit an electronic NCAA release. The online release e-form can be found by CLICKING HERE.
Refund Policy
USA Gymnastics Official Refund Policy
There are no entry fee refunds for athletes who withdraw from the competition (for any reason) after the Regional Entries have been received. The exception is petitioned athletes whose petitions are denied or do not receive a doctor's clearance.
The regional entries are considered final and any athlete who withdraws from competition after the Regional entries have been received will not be replaced.
