Level 9 – Senior Elite Synchronized trampoline

All entry fees are a flat fee for 1- 3 events
Synchronized trampoline $25 additional per athlete
Level 1-4: $70
Level 5-9: $90
Level 10-Open $125
Youth, Junior, Intermediate, Senior: $150
Entry fees are based on the highest level entered

Entries are not valid until payment is received.

Full refund request deadline is February 14, 2022. Any refund requests after February 14 must be in regards to an injury and must be accompanied by a Physicians note. Send refund request to: treichel.branchgym@gmail.com

LATE ENTRY
Late entries are subject to approval by the Competition Director and the entry fee will be doubled.

New athlete added to meet: $300.00
Previously registered athlete adding additional discipline: $150.00



INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ENTRIES
Up until February 7, 2022, corrections and scratches must be submitted using the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation system.
From February 7-March 2, all changes and scratches must be submitted using the online change form. Click here for the online change form.
All changes and scratches after Wednesday March 2, 2022 must be submitted on site.

Changes to entries February 7 – March 2 will cost $10 per correction.
Changes to entries after March 2 will cost $25 per correction.

Change fees will apply to those athletes who registered at a lower level and need to change to a higher level due to of mobilization. To avoid this, please register your athlete at the higher level if they plan to attend a mobility meet prior to Winter Classic



JUDGES

Judges will be paid according to the pay scales detailed in the T&T Rules & Policies (Section VII). Travel and accommodation will not be provided unless otherwise advised.



RULES
Rules from the current 2022 – 2024 FIG Elite Code of Points, 2021-2024 USA T&T Elite Code of Points and the Development Code of Points will be used.

Time of Flight will be used for level 10 and above at the 2022 Winter Classic Invitational

All age groups are based on the age of the competitor on December 31, 2022.

Competition format:
  • Level 1 – Open: Qualification only
  • Youth, Junior, Intermediate, Senior: Qualification, new life finals


COACHES & OFFICIALS
Coaches, judges and officials who are USA Gymnastics members will be issued credentials. (No pending memberships – all aspects of the membership must be complete.)

Two coaches per team will be issued credentials. Requests for additional coaches' credentials must be approved by the meet host Teams with less than ten athletes need not apply.



AWARDS
Level 1-10 will receive flight awards immediately following their competition. Athletes will be escorted directly to the awards area once their competition is complete.

The top 3 athletes in all elite levels will receive their awards immediately following the entire session of competition.



TRAMPOLINE SPOTTERS
Current USA Gymnastics competitive coach, judge or competition director members, or age and size-appropriate current athlete members. One spotter is required at each corner, if a throw mat is not utilized. If a throw mat is utilized, one additional spotter must be on the same side that the mat is used.



INQUIRIES
TRA: The official ToF video will be used for inquiries. Coaches are also welcome to submit their own video of the routine or element in question with their inquiry. Designated video positions will be marked at all events.

TUM / DMT: Official video will not be taken at this meet. In the event of an inquiry, coaches must present their own video of the routine or skill in question with their form. Designated video positions will be marked at all events.

COMPETITION CARDS
Competition cards will be due at the end of each team's scheduled training session on Thursday. Competition cards will be considered late if received later than the assigned training session end time.
