Lindenwood University claimed their fourth national title, and first since 2019, Friday at the 2023 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships in Denton, Texas.

The Lions posted a combined 195.325 to top the team podium. Host Texas Women’s University secured silver with a 194.900, edging Southeast Missouri State University and Air Force, who tied for bronze with a 194.850.

Lindenwood's team performance was boosted by Gayla Griswold's 9.900 on floor exercise, and a pair of 9.850 scores on balance beam by Jaly Jones and Madison Rush. Lindenwood's Hannah Moon also tied with TWU's Brooke Ferrari for top spot on uneven bars with a 9.825.

Southeast Missouri's Lindsay Ockler was the top performer on vault with a 9.825, while teammate Anna Speller led the way on beam with a 9.875.

Apparatus finals begin Saturday, April 8 at 2 p.m. ET at the Kitty Magee Arena, where gymnasts will vie for individual titles. The full list of participants can be found here.
