USA Gymnastics has updated the rank order of finish and the US Rhythmic National Team roster previously announced at the 2022 USA Gymnastics Championships as a result of a recent U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) ruling on Serena Lu's eligibility to compete. USADA requires a 6-month reinstatement process for athletes seeking to return to competition after a period of retirement. Due to an administrative error in that process, her finish and National Team roster spot have been nullified. Ms. Lu's reinstatement has been approved for February 11, 2023, at which time she is again fully eligible to compete. Elizabeth Balikian of California Rhythms has been added to the National Team roster. Alexandria Kautzman and Erica Foster will receive the bronze medal in Hoop and Ball, respectively.
