COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (November 1, 2022) - Members of the U.S. Men's Level 10 National Team and select invited athletes gathered for camp October 26-30 at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Gymnasts worked with National Team staff on routine construction and presentation, including body shape, arm and leg lines, and posture. In preparation for next year's Junior World Championships, coaches and athletes in attendance learned more about scoring metrics from around the world.

Gymnasts also heard from mental health and sport psychology experts who shared tips for improving mental performance and finding a healthy sport-and-life balance.
