The W202: Women’s Meet Director Exam is designed to certify professional members to serve as meet directors for sanctioned USA Gymnastics Women’s Artistic competitions. The exam emphasizes consistent and accurate application of the Women's Program Rules and Policies within the competition environment to ensure uniform standards across the United States. The exam assesses knowledge of the current Women’s Program Rules and Policies, and candidates may reference these materials during the open book exam.
Course Details
The exam consists of 50 questions, and individuals are allowed two attempts to achieve a minimum passing score of 80%. If additional attempts are needed, separate registration and payment are required. The exam is open book, and individuals may reference the current Rules and Policies while testing. Upon successful completion, the Meet Director certification does not expire.
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age and have the Meet Director role on their membership to register for the exam.
To print course certificates, individuals must have an active USA Gymnastics membership (Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach, Judge, Owner/Managing Director, or Athlete).

Note: Individuals must add the Meet Director role to their membership before registering for the exam
Exam registrants must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Exam fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.
