Virtual Congress Registration

Hosted online Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, Virtual Congress provides coaches, instructors, program leaders, and other gymnastics professionals with a convenient opportunity to participate in education from anywhere.

The event will feature 30 educational lectures focused on preschool gymnastics, school-age recreational gymnastics, and coach and professional development.

Not able to attend on the event days? No worries! All lectures will be recorded and available to registered attendees for 30 days following the event, providing the flexibility to catch sessions you missed or revisit presentations on your own schedule.

All registrations must be submitted by Wednesday, October 7 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Current USAG Member Rate: $125 per person
Non-Member Rate: $200 per person

USAG MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION
USA Gymnastics Member Clubs may register individuals on their club roster at the following discounted rates:

• First Registrant: $125
• Second Registrant: $120
• Third Registrant: $115
• Fourth Registrant: $110
• Fifth and Each Additional Registrant: $100 per person

Virtual Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Wed. October 7, 2026.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received on or before October 9th at 1:00p.m. and will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. NO REFUNDS after Thursday, October 8th at 1:00p.m.
