2024 National Congress and Trade Show Registration Now Open!

The 2024 National Congress and Trade Show will be held June 28-30, 2024 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

Individual Pricing through June 7, 2024:

• Member Price: $265 (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge)
• Non-Member Price: $375

MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION

Member Clubs can register their entire staff at a special tiered pricing rate. The more you register, the more you save! Please note, member clubs have the option to register their member and non-member employees for the event at the tiered group rate.

Member Club Group Pricing through June 7, 2024:

• 1st Registrant: $265
• 2nd Registrant: $250
• 3rd Registrant: $235
• 4th and more Registrant: $220

National Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, June 7, 2024.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to June 7, 2024, will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 7, 2024, will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2024.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
