The USA Gymnastics National Congress & Trade Show will be held August 7-9, 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

Individual pricing through July 21, 2026 at 11:59p.m. EST

• Member Price: $325 (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge)
• Non-Member Price: $425

MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION

Member Club Group Pricing through July 21, 2026 at 11:59p.m. EST

• 1st Registrant: $325
• 2nd Registrant: $310
• 3rd Registrant: $295
• 4th and more Registrant: $280

National Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received on or before July 21, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 21, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2026.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
