2024 National Congress and Trade Show Registration

Pre-registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be available any time during the National Congress registration hours.

Onsite Registration Fees:
Member: $300 plus processing fees
Non-Member: $400 plus processing fee
Congress Registration Hours:

• Thursday, June 27: 11:00a.m.-7:00p.m.
• Friday, June 28: 7:00a.m.-5:15p.m.
• Saturday, June 29: 7:30a.m.-1:30p.m.
• Sunday, June 30: 7:30a.m.-2:30p.m.

National Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, June 7, 2024.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to June 7, 2024, will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 7, 2024, will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2024.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
