2026 National Congress and Trade Show Pre-Registration is Now Open!

The USA Gymnastics National Congress & Trade Show will be held August 7-9, 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through April 8, 2026. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

Member Price (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge):

• November 11, 2025 – April 8, 2026 – Early Bird pricing: $285
• April 9 – July 23, 2026 pricing - $325

Non-Member Price:

• November 11, 2025 – April 8, 2026 – Early Bird pricing: $375
• April 9 – July 23, 2026 pricing: $425

National Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: o transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to July 23, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 23, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2026.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
