Join the Positive Coaching movement with USA Gymnastics and the Positive Coaching Alliance by registering for the U405 Coaching with Empathy course!
PCA's research-based workshop demonstrates how to seamlessly integrate empathy into everyday coaching by creating strong connections, listening to athletes, and understanding how kids' experiences impact how they show up to practices. Coaches will take away tangible tools and tips, including the "PACT"— PCA's framework for applying empathy to create an environment with their team so all kids feel safe, seen, heard, and valued.
