2024 Region 8 Congress Registration Now Open!

Region 8 Congress will be held June 7-9, 2024 at the Westin Atlanta Gwinnett in Duluth, GA. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

Individual Pricing through May 24, 2024:

• Member Price: $210 (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge)
• Non-Member Price: $240

MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION

Member Clubs can register their entire staff at a special tiered pricing rate. The more you register, the more you save! Please note, member clubs have the option to register their member and non-member employees for the event at the tiered group rate.

Member Club Group Pricing through May 24, 2024:

• 1st Registrant: $210
• 2nd Registrant: $200
• 3rd Registrant: $190
• 4th and more Registrant: $180

Region 7 Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, May 24, 2024.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to May 24, 2024, will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 24, 2024, will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2024.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
