Region 8 Congress will be held June 26-28, 2026 at the Westin Gwinnett in Duluth, Georgia. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through February 24, 2026. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

Member Price (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge):

• November 11, 2025 – February 24, 2026 – Early Bird pricing: $210
• February 25 – June 11, 2026 pricing - $240

Non-Member Price: $270

Region 8 Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to June 11, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 11, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2026.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
