Region 7 Congress will be held July 18-20, 2025 at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through March 28, 2025. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

• Member Price (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge):
  • November 18, 2024 – March 28, 2025 – Early Bird pricing: $210
  • March 29 – July 7, 2025 pricing - $240
• Non-Member Price: $270

MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION

Member Clubs can register their entire staff at a special tiered pricing rate. The more you register, the more you save! Please note, member clubs are able to register their member and non-member employees for the event at this special group rate.

Region 7 Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Monday, July 7, 2025.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to July 7, 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 7, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2025.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
