• Non-Member Price: $270

Member Club Group Pricing through May 28, 2026 at 11:59p.m. EST

• 1st Registrant: $240
• 2nd Registrant: $230
• 3rd Registrant: $220
• 4th and more Registrant: $210

Region 5 Congress Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to May 28, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 28, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2026.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
