2023 Region 5 Congress Registration Information

Region 5 Congress will be held July 21-23 at the West Chicago Lombard in Lombard, IL. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Online Registration Only. Pre-Registration ends July 5, 2023 at 11:59p.m. EST.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

• Member Price: $210 (competitive coach, recreational coach, owner, event director, judge)
• Non-Member Price: $240

MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION

Member Clubs can register all their employees at special tiered pricing rate. The more you register...the more you save! Please note, member clubs do have the option to register their non-member employees for the event.

• 1st Registrant=$210
• 2nd Registrant=$200
• 3rd Registrant=$190
• 4th Registrant=$180
• 5th and more Registrant=$170

Region 5 Congress Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 1st.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to June 21, 2023, will result in a full registration minus a $30 credit card processing fee. Cancellation request received after June 21, 2023, will result in a partial refund of registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2023.
