Region 1 Congress will be held August 23-24, 2025 at the Signia by Hilton San Jose hotel in San Jose, California. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through April 11, 2025. Online Registration Only.

  • November 18, 2024 – April 11, 2025 – Early Bird pricing: $210
  • April 12 – August 8, 2025 pricing - $240
• Non-Member Price: $270

Member Clubs can register their entire staff at a special tiered pricing rate. The more you register, the more you save! Please note, member clubs are able to register their member and non-member employees for the event at this special group rate.

Region 1 Congress Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, August 8, 2025.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to August 8, 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after August 8, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2025.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
