Course Description
U306: Leading Your Organization: Developing a Positive Coaching Culture is a live, interactive course presented by PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) at the 2024 National Congress in Minneapolis, MN.
Developing a Positive Coaching Culture guides school or youth sports organization leaders in using youth and high school sports as a Developmental Zone to develop better athletes, better people. Attendees learn why and how to establish Positive Coaching as a cultural norm, plus they get a takeaway action-plan for implementation throughout their community of coaches, parents, athletes, officials and spectators.
Attendees will receive a certificate of participation to display in their gym, as well as, USA Gymnastics University credit.
