Trampoline & Tumbling: Development Details & Examples

Course Description

This video course includes an overview of all Compulsory and Optional Development Levels 1 through Open routines for Trampoline, Tumbling and Double-mini. The video examples provided are performed by Elite and Development athletes to show skills and routines in a variety of stages. Included in the video is a voiceover and text that provides helpful tips and also shows emphasis on what judges look for throughout a routine.

Course Details

Minors taking the course must be logged in to their own profile, not their parent/guardian profile, to receive credit for the course. View page 2 of the Parent How-To Guide for further information.

To print course certificates, individuals must have an active USA Gymnastics membership (Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach, Judge, Owner/Managing Director, or Athlete).

Fees & Policies

• $15 for USA Gymnastics Members and non-members
• Course fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Course registrants must be a minimum of 14 years old.
• Member Clubs have the option to register staff members for this course through Group Processing
