-Developing training plans and routine construction
-Assisting with recreational T&T classes and skill development
-Communicating effectively with parents, athletes, and staff
-Promoting a clean, safe, and encouraging gym atmosphere

-Qualifications:
-Previous experience coaching competitive Trampoline & Tumbling required
-Strong knowledge of T&T progressions, form, and safety
-Familiarity with USTA and/or USAG competition structure
-Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
