EXAMPLES OF WORK:
1. Plan and develop new gymnastics related programs and services.
2. Prepares lesson plans for recreational lessons in conjunction with the head instructor.
3. Attends meetings pertinent to his or her position.
4. Incorporate virtue and character education into all classes that are developmentally appropriate.
5. Maintain accurate accounting of attendance in all classes.
6. Monitor gymnastics equipment for safety, maintenance, and replacement needs.
7. Fill out accident reports if necessary.
8. Help train and orient new staff.
9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Ability to work with children of all ages, but primarily from ages 2 through 12

Gymnastics Team Coach -Optional Levels 6-10- Looking for the 26-27 Season We will hire now!
Perfection Gymnastics is looking for an outgoing, passionate person who has experience coaching a successful gymnastics program.
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefits eligibility: Full Time employees are eligible for Medical and Dental benefits on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment, and 401K benefits after 1 year of employment.
Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 depending upon experience and performance
Hours/Availability needs: must be available days, evenings and weekend hours.
Job Summary
Team coaches at Perfection Gymnastics School are responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with their gymnasts, parents, and staff. Through these relationships, coaches are able to teach the highest quality of gymnastics to their gymnasts. Our coaches foster these relationships by demonstrating high energy and a positive attitude in their work environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
-Develop strong and caring relationships with children, parents, and co-workers
Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, parents, gymnasts and owners.
-Follow established communication protocol to solve problems.
-Demonstrate highly effective and energetic instruction in all levels and areas of teaching.
-Learn the requirements of the USAG program and be very knowledgeable about how to determine placement, groupings and lesson plans in order to progress gymnasts with their skills.
-Create and utilize lesson plans for instruction and be prepared to coach.
-Teach, evaluate, and recommend team level placement for gymnasts.
-Communicate gymnasts’ progress regularly with parents/guardians.
-Communicate gymnast’s progress with other coaches when making decisions and recommending for placement.

Qualifications
Must have experience coaching levels 6-10 optionals
Must pass a criminal background check
Hold a valid USAG membership and all required trainings
Must be proficient in computer skills
Must be highly organized

Director of Gymnastics Teams Program
Join our team as the Director of our Gymnastics Teams Program!
The Director of Team Programs will coach on the floor with all team coaches at Perfection Gymnastics, modelling effective coaching strategies and coaching techniques. They will oversee the program and all team coaches and gymnasts. The Director of Team Programs will study current curriculum, scheduling, evaluation, staffing strengths and needs, and facilitate growth and continued improvement in all areas.
Employment Type: Full Time
-Must have experience of coaching levels 9-10+ and known growth and results
-Full-time employees are eligible for Medical and Dental benefits on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment, and 401K benefits after 1 year of employment.
-Salary range: $65,000-$75,000, depending upon experience and performance
-Must have coached Level 8 through 10 for a minimum of 5 years.
-Efficient coaching on all events.
-Have developed gymnasts who acquired NCAA scholarships
-Must pass a criminal background check
-Hold a valid USAG membership and all required training
-Must be proficient in computer skills
-Must be highly organized

T&T Team Coach
Motor City Gymnastics is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Trampoline & Tumbling Team Coach to join our growing program. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in trampoline, double mini, and tumbling progressions, along with experience developing athletes for competition.
This position includes coaching competitive team athletes as well as recreational T&T classes. We are looking for someone who is professional, energetic, and dedicated to fostering a positive training
environment where athletes can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
-Coaching trampoline, double mini, and power tumbling with safe, progressive instruction
-Preparing athletes for USTA/USAG competitions and meets

ROGA is a 22,000+ sq ft gymnastics facility in Rochester, MN with an established competitive team program along with a large Recreational and Preschool program.
We are looking for a Head Coach for the Boys Developmental Team to join our team. The successful candidate would be leading, building and collaborating with the boys’ team coaches to continue the growth and success of the boys’ team program. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience with competitive team coaching over all levels, a friendly, professional upbeat coaching style, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and must enjoy working with kids! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
