Job Summary

The Director of Team Programs will coach on the floor with all team coaches at Perfection Gymnastics School, modelling effective coaching strategies and coaching techniques. Qualifications

-Must have coached Level 8 through 10 for a minimum of 5 years. Efficient coaching on all events.

Position Overview:
ATB is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced competitive gymnastics coach to join our team as our Men’s Team Head Coach. This position will coach athletes from Levels 3–10.

The position has the potential, for the right person, to grow into a gym ownership role.

The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to athlete development from recreational thru competitive teams, developing and growing a program, spotting at all levels, and a strong technical knowledge of men’s gymnastics and gymnastics coaching fundamentals. This role must be flexible to coach all ATB programs including supporting our women’s program, boys and girls recreational gymnastics, and adult programs.

Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop athletes from recreational through Level 10

Shen's Gymnastics Academy of Holliston, MA is looking to add to our great coaching staff. We have been in business 15 years and are still growing strong! Our ideal candidate would be someone who has had at least one year of gymnastics coaching experience, a positive attitude and good role model for children.

We have both full and part-time positions are available.

We are looking for coaches for our competitive teams. Very competitive salary and benefits are based upon experience.
