Position Overview
As the Ninja Head Coach, you’ll manage an engaging program, lead a team of coaches, and create a safe, supportive, and energetic environment for students to thrive. Responsibilities
* Oversee the Ninja training program for all age groups.

Women's Competitive Team Coach
Above the Bar Gymanstics Academy (ATB) has a rapidly growing women's Xcel/Optional competitive program the is looking for experienced coaches to help develop our athletes and continue to grow the program. Position Overview:
ATB is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced competitive gymnastics coaches to join our team as our women's team coaching staff. This position will coach athletes from Xcel Bronze through Optional levels.
The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to athlete development from recreational thru competitive teams, developing and growing a program, spotting at all levels, and a strong technical knowledge of gymnastics and gymnastics coaching fundamentals. This role must be flexible to coach and support other ATB programs including recreational gymnastics and adult programs as required.
Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop athletes from Xcel through Level 10
• Plan and structure practices in a safe and professional manner to optimize skill development, conditioning, and routine execution.
• Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate individual learning styles and skill levels.
• Spot athletes safely and effectively on all events
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment
• Support athlete growth with a focus on motivation and confidence as well as skill development
• Work with other coaches/programs to promote a positive, team-first environment
• Attend meets and represent ATB positively and enthusiastically
• Be a role model to show athletes the attitude, discipline, and sportsmanship necessary to succeed
Qualifications:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate athletes with a positive, enthusiastic coaching style
• Strong team player to support the athlete, team, and ATB Gymnastics
• Have a passion for gymnastics and enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities
• Technical proficiency in women’s artistic gymnastics events and progressions
• Willingness to coach across programs as needed
• Prior spotting and coaching experience required; USAG certifications or ability to obtain

A take charge individual who is organized and proficient in class planning & management, coach training and all 4 women's events.
Pay is $25-$30 per hour, based on attitude, work ethic and experience. Regular hours for average between 20-25 hours. Additional planning and training hours as well as summertime are available for camps and clinics. This is a part time position with a max of 30 hrs. There is discounted housing available with this position if needed within 1 mile of the gym.
There is a 90 trial period for this position and performance review after trial period. All candidates must be able to pass a background check.

Position Overview:

Coaching Responsibilities
Coaches will work alongside an accomplished coaching staff to prepare athletes for competitions, provide mentorship, and maintain strong communication with gymnasts and parents. Core responsibilities include:
* Develop and coach competitive gymnasts, enhancing their skills for competitions.
* Design and implement individualized training programs.
* Provide mentorship and foster a positive, motivating environment for athletes.
* Ensure gymnast safety during all training and competition activities.
* Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and coaching staff.
* Support program continuity by substituting for peers and being open to additional practices as needed.
* Attend competitions and provide direct coaching support.
* Collaborate on athlete plans across all events to encourage the team.
