We are seeking multiple enthusiastic, positive, and motivated WAG Coaches to join our founding team. This role is responsible for leading safe, engaging, and development-focused gymnastics while creating a supportive and encouraging environment for athletes. Qualifications

Previous experience in coaching gymnastics or related sports coaching is preferred.
Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols is preferred- but we will train.
Experience in behavior management and childcare is highly desirable.
Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively to children of various ages.
Skills in related sports such as cheerleading, dance, or martial arts are a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young athletes.
A passion for promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among children.
