Head Team Coach at Starz - WAG

We are an upcoming gym in Wisconsin looking for a Head Coach to work alongside our Competitive Director to continue to build a high quality program that gives athletes the opportunity to train through level 10. We are committed to maintaining a positive and uplifting environment for all athletes and staff members. The Team Director came to the gym 3 years ago and has since doubled our program size. We are growing, and have become highly competitive within our region.

We use the Xcel program (Silver-Platinum) in place of the Developmental Compulsory levels. After Platinum, our athletes transition to Optional levels.

This past season, our Silver/Gold/Platinum teams went the entire season undefeated, including at the State competition.

We have laid the foundation for a strong, high level program - now we just need to add another passionate, experienced coach to assist in taking our program to the next level.

Full and part time available. Part time would consist of coaching 5 days per week, where full time would consist of this with the addition of administrative responsibilities. 17-20 coaching hours per week. Salary or hourly rate depends level of experience. Health insurance/benefits available to full time employees.
