2. Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach

Women's Competitive Team Coach
Above the Bar Gymanstics Academy (ATB) has a rapidly growing women's Xcel/Optional competitive program the is looking for experienced coaches to help develop our athletes and continue to grow the program. Position Overview:
ATB is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced competitive gymnastics coaches to join our team as our women's team coaching staff. This position will coach athletes from Xcel Bronze through Optional levels.
The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to athlete development from recreational thru competitive teams, developing and growing a program, spotting at all levels, and a strong technical knowledge of gymnastics and gymnastics coaching fundamentals. This role must be flexible to coach and support other ATB programs including recreational gymnastics and adult programs as required.
Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop athletes from Xcel through Level 10
• Plan and structure practices in a safe and professional manner to optimize skill development, conditioning, and routine execution.
• Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate individual learning styles and skill levels.
• Spot athletes safely and effectively on all events
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment
• Support athlete growth with a focus on motivation and confidence as well as skill development

Qualifications:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate athletes with a positive, enthusiastic coaching style
• Strong team player to support the athlete, team, and ATB Gymnastics
• Have a passion for gymnastics and enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities
• Technical proficiency in women’s artistic gymnastics events and progressions
• Willingness to coach across programs as needed
