Wings Center is seeking a passionate, experienced Coach to join our team of Optional, Compulsory, and Xcel gymnastics coaches. We are seeking fun, energetic, and engaging individuals who are interested in joining a reputable coaching staff.
We’re seeking an individual committed to athlete development, team culture, and achieving high-level performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and knowledgeable in USAG routines, progressions, and competition prep.

We are looking for:
Strong background in coaching Level 6+. Experience with Compulsory & Xcel athletes. Leadership skills to mentor athletes and assistant coaches. Positive, Motivating coaching style.

Competitive Upper Level Coaching Position

Join our Tumbling Tigers gymnastics team as a competitive coach! We are seeking passionate individuals to support our dedicated gymnasts in the Xcel and JO tracks. We are seeking coaches who are dedicated to fostering a culture that values health, character, safety, strong skills, and enjoyment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create a positive training environment.
- Collaborate on practice plans and attend practices/competitions.

**Requirements:**
- Must be 18+ (preferably 21+) with transportation.
- Must have CPR, First Aid, and USAG certifications (or be able to obtain them).
- Competitive gymnastics background required; coaching experience preferred.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
- Competed in Xcel Platinum or a higher level.

**Compensation:**
15-30 hours per week with competitive pay, sick time, retirement benefits, and a free gym membership.
