Hunt is a two-time Rhythmic Junior National Champion (1990 and 1991). At 12 years of age, she was the youngest delegate from the U.S. to the 1990 Goodwill Games, and in 1994 Hunt returned to the Goodwill Games as the U.S. delegate. In 1992 and '93 she represented the U.S. at the World Championships.
