Loos (14.100) and Burkhart (13.950) were outscored on floor only by Great Britain's Harry Hepworth (14.200). Ukraine's Igor Radivilov notched the high score on still rings with a 14.050, while Loos secured the runner-up spot with a 13.700. Burkhart (13.400) finished just off the rings podium in fourth. After qualifying in the seventh spot, his 14.450 in the vault final landed him third behind Radivilov (14.800) and Hepworth (14.525).
Burkhart also qualified to the horizontal bar final where he finished eighth with a 12.100. Australia's Tyson Bull nabbed the title with a 14.400. Curran Phillips (Naperville, Ill./Stanford) was seventh in the parallel bars final with a 12.950 after topping the scoresheet with a 14.750 during qualifications. Ukraine's Petro Pakhniuk delivered a 14.400 in the finals to claim the gold medal.
Loos was 10th on pommel horse (12.800) and 16th on parallel bars (12.350), respectively, while Burkhart finished 16th on horse. Croatia's Mateo Zugec snared pommel horse gold with a 14.050.
