BERLIN, April 28, 2022 - Hayden Brown (Corona Del Mar, Calif./SCATS Gymnastics), Alex Deubler (Frisco, Texas/WOGA Gymnastics), Danila Leykin (Frisco, Texas/WOGA Gymnastics) and Cole Partridge (Bountiful, Utah/USA Gymnastics World) will represent the U.S. at the 25th-annual International Junior Team Cup April 29-30 at the Sportforum Hohenschonhausen in Berlin, Germany. The two-day event will feature athletes from 19 countries with team and individual titles up for grabs.

The U.S. will compete as part of Subdivision 2 Friday, beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET. Following a first rotation bye, the Americans will start on floor exercise in the second rotation. Team and all-around champions will be crowned at the end of Day 1, while top scorers on each apparatus will qualify to individual event finals, which will be held Saturday across two sessions.

Previously, the U.S. team comprised of current collegiate standouts Fuzzy Benas (Richmond, Texas/University of Oklahoma), J.R. Chou (Houston, Texas/Stanford University), Isaiah Drake (Los Angeles, Calif./U.S. Naval Academy) and Colt Walker (Cedar Park, Texas/Stanford University) won the team competition in 2019 - the last time the event was held. The group added seven individual medals.
